If you are relocating to Madeira or wish to come for a long term stay, please contact us as, given your specified criteria, we can source the accommodation for you.
Your criteria should include: Duration Required - Approximate Tenancy Commencement Date - Accommodation Type; i.e. Apartment, House etc. - Number of Bedrooms Required - Area / Location - Accessibility to Amenities & Transport (do you plan to drive) - etc and of course your approximate Budget per Month.
Note that most long term accommodation is rented furnished, usually with crockery & kitchen utensils, bedlined and towels etc included. Utility bills are payable in addition to the monthly rental charge.
